West Parc
Showcase website - Web application

West Parc

West Parc managed its reservations with an excel file. This created frequent errors in entry and the learning of the reservation system for new employees required a lot of time and attention from Ludovic, Guillaume and their managers. Moreover, all reservations were made by phone, which prevented employees from doing other tasks. With more than 1000 reservations per month, it was very difficult to manage reservations manually.

Club Pickleball Sutton
Showcase website - Web application

Club Pickleball Sutton

The Club Pickleball Sutton was initially entirely managed via excel and interac payment. This required a lot of manual entry and member management. The communication was done via a gmail address which offered several limitations in the presentation of information. The basic information presentation (Hours, events, etc.) of the Club was also very limited.

Client: François Faust & Louise Gariépy

Red Bowl
Web application - Reservation system

Red Bowl

Manually managing reservations, assigning the 12 lanes, pricing by time slot, and event packages led to booking conflicts, errors, and a lot of lost time for the staff.

Paire Littéraire
Web application

Paire Littéraire

Paire Littéraire saw its developer abandon the project. Joanne was therefore blocked with the ongoing developments, overflowing with ideas and modifications to make. Moreover, the code was the property of the former developer. She therefore did not have access to the source code. The website also contained important performance issues where pages took 10-15 seconds to load.

Client: Joanne Fillion

Elèsig
E-commerce website

Elèsig

The initial website of Elèsig was on WordPress, and was very limited in its design, features and performance. The website even crashed during a surge of visits (1000 visits in a few hours). It was not optimized for natural referencing (SEO).

Client: Cindy Ruer

Cèdres en Gros
Web application - Leads + QuickBooks

Cèdres en Gros

Turning website visitors into quotes, then manually re-entering each one into QuickBooks to produce estimates and invoices, meant hours of duplicate entry and a risk of errors.

Client: Cèdres en Gros (Québec)

Quoi Faire à Sutton
Web application - Events platform

Quoi Faire à Sutton

There was no central, bilingual place to discover Sutton's events and activities, and organizers had no easy way to publish and promote their events to residents and visitors.

Client: Projet communautaire (Sutton)

Club Pickleball Lac-Brome
Website - Sports club / Nonprofit

Club Pickleball Lac-Brome

A growing nonprofit needed a clear web presence to inform its members and attract new players, without adding to the volunteer workload.
