The Challenge
The Club Pickleball Sutton was initially entirely managed via excel and interac payment. This required a lot of manual entry and member management. The communication was done via a gmail address which offered several limitations in the presentation of information. The basic information presentation (Hours, events, etc.) of the Club was also very limited.
The Solution
The website now manages all the crucial information of the club in a quasi-automatic way (members, mass emails, events, event participants, etc.). New members fill out a form, pay their subscription online, and once the payment is completed successfully, they are added to the member list, without François and Louise having to intervene manually. It is the same for members who want to renew their subscription online.
About the Project
The website was built in a very modular way. I first created a simple showcase website with a backoffice to manage the content. I then added the member list in the backoffice with a filter system and the possibility to export members in an excel sheet. I continued with an email system allowing to customize automatic emails in the backoffice, as well as to send mass emails according to a filter system. I finished by integrating the Paypal payment system to allow members to pay their subscription and renewal online.
