Challenges before the website :
The Club Pickleball Sutton was initially entirely managed via excel and interac payment. This required a lot of manual entry and member management. The communication was done via a gmail address which offered several limitations in the presentation of information. The basic information presentation (Hours, events, etc.) of the Club was also very limited.
Solutions with the website :
The website now manages all the crucial information of the club in a quasi-automatic way (members, mass emails, events, event participants, etc.). New members fill out a form, pay their subscription online, and once the payment is completed successfully, they are added to the member list, without François and Louise having to intervene manually. It is the same for members who want to renew their subscription online.

A few words about the project :
The website was built in a very modular way. We first created a simple showcase website with a backoffice to manage the content. We then added the member list in the backoffice with a filter system and the possibility to export members in an excel sheet. We continued with an email system allowing to customize automatic emails in the backoffice, as well as to send mass emails according to a filter system. We finished by integrating the Paypal payment system to allow members to pay their subscription and renewal online.

1. Users management
The backoffice of Club Pickleball Sutton, section users. It allows to manage users, to create, modify and delete them, for a good management of the access to the club's information.
2. Bilingual articles management
The backoffice of Club Pickleball Sutton, section articles. It allows to manage bilingual articles, to create, modify and delete them, for a good management of the club's information. It also contains a translation tool using AI that retains the formatting (spaces, italics, bold, etc.) of the French text in the other language.
3. Form builder with payment platform
The backoffice of Club Pickleball Sutton, section form builder with payment platform. It allows to create forms with custom fields, to integrate them into an article, to customize them and to delete them. The form can be integrated into an article to capture a payment for an event, an activity, a tournament, etc.
4. Members management
The backoffice of Club Pickleball Sutton, section members. It allows to manage members, to create, modify and delete them, for a good management of the club's information. It also contains a filter system and the possibility to export members in an excel sheet, as well as a function to copy all emails in order to send a mass email.
5. Emails
The backoffice of Club Pickleball Sutton, section emails. It allows to send a mass email to all or some members (according to filters). It also allows to add, modify or delete the automatic emails that are sent once the member pays their membership.
