The challenge
Turning website visitors into quotes, then manually re-entering each one into QuickBooks to produce estimates and invoices, meant hours of duplicate entry and a risk of errors.
The solution
A 5-step quote form with photo upload and instant pricing, a backoffice (CRM) to triage and edit submissions, and a QuickBooks integration that creates customers and estimates in one click then automatically converts accepted estimates into invoices — eliminating accounting re-entry.
The project
Cèdres en Gros sells and installs cedar hedges in Quebec. We built a 5-step quote form (product, dimensions, photos, real-time pricing with Quebec taxes) wired to a submissions backoffice that syncs with QuickBooks: one-click creation of customers and estimates, and automatic conversion of accepted estimates into invoices via two-way webhooks.
