Challenges before the website :
West Parc managed its reservations with an excel file. This created frequent errors in entry and the learning of the reservation system for new employees required a lot of time and attention from Ludovic, Guillaume and their managers. Moreover, all reservations were made by phone, which prevented employees from doing other tasks. With more than 1000 reservations per month, it was very difficult to manage reservations manually.
Solutions with the website :
The reservation system has saved the owners a lot of management time thanks to the ease of use for old and new employees. Clients could also book online, without having to call the establishment. Moreover, everything was configured so that there was no conflict between one reservation and another, thus limiting errors in entry.

A few words about the project :
The West Parc website was done in two stages: the showcase website (1st year) and their reservation system (2nd year). The showcase portion offers West Parc online visibility and allows their potential customers to learn about upcoming activities as well as the establishment's schedule. The backoffice portion allows for complete management of the establishment's reservations with significant control over many parameters. The reservation system has saved the owners a lot of management time thanks to the ease of use of the system for old and new employees.
Special functionalities of the website
1. Backoffice reservation
A simple demonstration of the reservation system accessible to West Parc employees. This system allows new and old employees to create a reservation in their establishment with ease.
2. Settings
The reservation system allows you to manage many parameters to adapt to the reality of the establishment. For example, the capacity of activities, the price per hour, opening hours, etc.
3. Birthday management
The reservation system allows you to manage birthday reservations and list a daily summary of birthdays. It also allows you to assign table numbers to groups.
4. Quick reservation
The reservation system allows you to create a quick reservation according to the chosen activity. It is accessible to West Parc employees and allows you to create a reservation in a few clicks.
5. AI event
The reservation system allows you to generate events by AI. It is accessible to West Parc managers and allows them to create an event with a title, description or image. The AI adapts to the user.
6. Statistics
The reservation system allows you to generate statistics on reservations. It is accessible to West Parc managers and allows them to see several metrics useful to the establishment.
