The challenge
Manually managing reservations, assigning the 12 lanes, pricing by time slot, and event packages led to booking conflicts, errors, and a lot of lost time for the staff.
The solution
A real-time availability engine that computes time slots and automatically prevents lane conflicts, an admin calendar with drag-and-drop assignment, fully configurable schedules, pricing, promotions and packages, plus Excel-exportable reports. Online booking is open 24/7 and every change is logged.
The project
Red Bowl is a 12-lane bowling alley near Angers. We built a complete reservation system: a multi-step online booking flow for customers (event type, number of players, games, packages, real-time time slots) and a rich backoffice for staff — a visual calendar with lane assignment, schedule configuration, dynamic pricing, promotions, birthday and group packages, reporting with Excel export, and a per-employee change log.
