Full back-office for your team
Any team member creates and manages a booking in a few clicks.
You own the code and your data
Hosted in Canada, under your control. No perpetual rent.
Already in production.
One client, in real numbers.
The challenge — The club was run entirely on Excel and Interac payments: lots of manual entry, heavy member management, and communication limited to a single Gmail address.
The solution — A site with a modular backoffice: new members fill a form, pay online, and are added to the list automatically — same for renewals. Add a form builder with payment for tournaments, automatic emails, and filtered mass mailing.

Robert is a rare expert in the design of advanced booking systems. He has been working with me for over two years on the development of our website and a custom booking module for our bowling alley. His approach blends technical expertise, user experience, and a deep understanding of operational challenges, resulting in a robust, high-performing, and user-friendly final product. We also collaborated on the booking system for West Parc (Laser, Karaoke, Trampoline), integrating complex business logic with automatic group management based on age categories. The impact was immediate: in less than a month, 70% of all bookings were already being made through the online module. A serious, meticulous, and proactive developer, perfectly aligned with business needs. I recommend him without reservation.
Robert is amazing. He listens and creates the perfect website for each one’s needs.
The Lac-Brome Pickleball Club awarded a contract to build its website, and we have absolutely no regrets! Robert responded promptly to our requests and suggested ideas to optimize the site's usability and functionality efficiently and seamlessly. It's a real pleasure working with Robert, who is dedicated to helping our non-profit organization thrive with its growing membership. Thank you, Robert, and we look forward to continuing this exciting journey together!
Excellent service! The website is fast, user-friendly, and very well-structured. The back office saves me a tremendous amount of time, especially for tracking and organizing submissions. Thanks to Robert and Jules—clearly a real asset to my business growth. Robert truly understood my business, and his attention to detail made a big difference. I highly recommend them!
I worked with Robert on two websites. Each time, he was always very focused on the client's needs. He concentrated on solutions that enhance the user experience, but in particular, greatly simplify content management and maintenance. Then there are the added features: databases, mass mailing, online payments, etc. And all of this with a very lightweight approach. He's really resourceful and clever; he always manages to find practical and affordable, even free, APIs. It's just perfect for small organizations that want to evolve one phase at a time, and for medium-sized organizations with larger needs. The whole process is very personalized.
Our experience with Jules - Web Agency was excellent. Competent, attentive, and flexible in his approach, he not only delivered what we expected but also offered creative ideas and advice. Excellent value for money, with outstanding after-sales service. Highly recommended.
Jules Digital really understood my vision for my business website. He took the time to properly grasp my needs and came through with exactly what i wanted and more. I knew from the first moments that i was in good hands. They offer a very professional service combined with in depth knowledge in their domain. I would recommend this company with no hesitance for your projects!
Jules Digital did a remarkable job on the Paire Littéraire website, which has quite complex features. He knows how to find solutions to everything! Robert is a great listener and is truly committed to the success of the projects he works on. He also provides exceptional after-sales service and is very quick to react if there's a problem. I'm so glad he crossed paths with Paire Littéraire.
I entrusted Robert with the creation of the website for my micro-nurseries in the Île-de-France region, and I am more than satisfied with the result! He understood our world perfectly, created a clear and welcoming design, and highlighted the values of our facilities. Robert is very responsive, professional, and proactive, which made the collaboration smooth and efficient. I highly recommend him to any company looking for a modern, high-quality website. Thank you again for your excellent work, Robert!
Before you book
How much does a custom booking system cost?+
Plans start at $5,000–$7,000 for an Essentials system (one resource, online booking, payments, admin calendar), rise to $9,000–$13,000 for a Pro system (multi-resource, member accounts, reminders, dynamic pricing, stats), and reach $15,000 and up for a fully custom system (multi-site, integrations, AI, complex logic). Every tier is also available as a monthly subscription.
Are there per-booking fees or commissions?+
No. Unlike platforms such as Amilia, Booksy, or OpenTable, we take no commission per booking. You pay for the system once (or a fixed subscription), and every booking goes through with no extra fees. At high volume, that gap is what pays the project back.
Can you migrate from Amilia, Calendly, Acuity, or Booksy?+
Yes. We bring over your services, your availability, and where possible your existing clients, then re-code your exact booking flow — without the platform's limits or recurring fees. You keep full control and ownership of the system.
Do SMS reminders cost extra?+
Email reminders are included. SMS reminders carry a per-message cost from the provider (e.g. Twilio) that we pass through at cost or fold into the subscription — no hidden markup.
Where is the data hosted? Is it Law 25 compliant?+
Your client data stays hosted in Canada and under your control — not scattered across a foreign platform. We code the system with Quebec's Law 25 privacy requirements in mind (consent, access, retention), and the interface is in genuine Quebec French, compliant with Law 96. Unlike a rented platform, you know exactly where your data lives and who can access it.
