Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 1, 2025
1. Collection
I collect only necessary personal information (name, email, etc.) through my website or forms, with your explicit consent. Non‑essential cookies and trackers are disabled by default unless you opt in.
2. Purpose
Your data is used to handle your inquiries, send you project updates or newsletters, improve my services, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Consent & cookies
I obtain clear, free, and informed consent before any collection. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Non‑essential trackers (profiling, analytics, advertising) require prior opt‑in.
With your consent, I use: Google Analytics 4 (audience measurement), Google Ads (ad conversion tracking), and the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram). These tools set cookies and may transfer data to the United States. They stay disabled until you accept, and your choice is enforced via Google Consent Mode v2. Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and no personal data, runs without consent.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
4. Sharing & transfers
Your information may be shared with secure providers such as Supabase and Vercel. Transfers outside Québec are subject to a Privacy Impact Assessment and a written agreement.
5. Security & retention
I implement technical and organizational measures (SSL, backups, restricted access). Data is kept only as long as necessary and then destroyed or anonymized.
6. Data subject rights
Under Québec's Law 25, you have the right to access, correct, port, withdraw consent, or object to automated processing. Please contact me (details below).
7. Incidents
I keep a record of privacy incidents for 5 years. In case of a breach posing serious harm, I notify the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) and affected individuals.
