Coordinating guided-tour bookings — fixed schedules and custom itineraries — for a bilingual clientele, while managing capacity and payments without overbooking.
The solution
A two-tier tour model (fixed and custom with constraint validation), capacity management via held spots that prevents overbooking, secure Square payments through time-limited links, automated bilingual emails with calendar files, and a full admin dashboard.
The project
QuEB Taxi offers guided tours across the Eastern Townships. We built a bilingual (FR/EN) booking platform handling both fixed-schedule tours and custom client-built itineraries (stops, duration, party size). Secure online payment via Square, automated confirmation emails with calendar invites, and a full dashboard to manage tours, departures, destinations, vehicles, and reservations.
